The Magpie Cakery Incubator Kitchen Booking & Cancellation Policy

One-off and single-shift bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Once confirmed, bookings can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

Starter and Accelerator Packs are non-refundable once purchased. Hours need to be used within your pack's term (3 months for Starter, 4 months for Accelerator).

Monthly and recurring kitchen agreements require 30 days' written notice to end or change your arrangement.

Damage deposits ($300) are refunded within 30 days of your term ending, minus the cost of any repairs, extra cleaning, or amounts owing.
